How is my order delivered?

We deliver in temperature-controlled transport, tracked from dispatch. Delivery is confirmed when you receive it.

Can I order a specific product?

Yes. Send us the product, grade, quantity, date and place. We match it to graded supply.

What do I see before I order?

The batch's grade, origin, temperature history and custody trail.

How do I follow my order?

Open Orders to see where it is and what is in it.

How do I pay?

With Paystack: card, bank transfer or USSD.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, until you pay. Open the order and choose Cancel order.

What if a delivery is not right?

Check the delivery when it arrives, and confirm it or report a problem from your order.
